Tourist Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Property Owner

2. Type of Contract
The accommodation is offered as a short-term tourist rental, in accordance with provincial regulations in Trentino, and does not include hotel-style services.
3. Bookings
A booking is only considered valid once the owner has sent a written confirmation by email to the address provided by the guest, and the 30% deposit has been paid.
If either the confirmation email or deposit is missing, the booking cannot be validated.
4. Payments
- Deposit: 30% by bank transfer upon confirmation.
- Balance: payable upon arrival before receiving the keys.
5. Prices and Included Services
Prices include electricity, water, heating, bed linen, final cleaning, free Wi-Fi, and a reserved parking space. Bathroom towels are not included.
6. Tourist Tax
€1.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Children under 14 are exempt.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit refunded.
- From 60 to 21 days before arrival: the deposit may be used as credit for a future stay.
- Less than 21 days or no-show: the deposit may be retained up to 70% of the total amount.
8. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Any changes may be arranged in advance with the owner.
9. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are kindly asked to treat the apartment with care, respect the house rules and return the property in the same condition in which it was found. Any damages will be charged to the guest.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR, as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
11. Applicable Law
This rental agreement is governed by Italian law. Place of jurisdiction: Trento.
