Tourist Tax

Exempt: children under 14 and stays longer than 10 consecutive nights.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit refunded
- 60–21 days: deposit reusable for a future stay
- Less than 21 days / no-show: deposit retained + up to 70%
