Payment
A 30% deposit is payable by bank transfer. A direct booking is confirmed in writing and upon receipt of the deposit.
The balance is due on arrival, when the keys are handed over, after deducting the deposit already paid or any credit used.
Tourist Tax
€1.00 per person per night (payable on site).
Children under 14 are exempt. The tax applies for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, under provincial rules.
Cancellation Policy
- At least 30 days before arrival: the deposit is not refunded but remains available in full as credit for a new stay within 12 months.
- Less than 30 days before arrival or no-show: the deposit is retained, with no credit.
No balance or additional cancellation charges are due for the cancelled stay.
Cancellation conditions for direct bookings
These conditions apply throughout the year. Cancellations must be made in writing. Notice is calculated in calendar days before the arrival date.
At least 30 days before arrival, including the 30th day: the deposit is not refunded, but the full amount remains available as credit for a new stay with arrival within 12 months of receipt of the cancellation. The new dates must be agreed and confirmed in writing, subject to availability and the rates for the new dates. The credit is deducted from the price of the new stay.
Less than 30 days before arrival or no-show: the deposit is retained and cannot be used as credit. The balance for the cancelled stay and any additional cancellation charges are not due.
Bookings made through portals or external booking systems are subject to the conditions displayed and accepted on that channel. Any statutory rights to a refund remain unaffected.

By booking an apartment, the guest declares to have read and accepted the Rental Terms & Conditions.

Using your Trentino Guest Card
The Trentino Guest Card is included in your Casa Predaia stay. Link the code to the Mio Trentino app and check the validity shown on the card, up to 20 days. It covers participating public transport for journeys starting and ending in Trentino and free or reduced admission under each service’s conditions. Validate every journey. Check opening dates, reservations and the benefit for each museum, castle or activity. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. The ordinary Trento–Bolzano journey is not covered.
