❗ Note: bath towels are not included.

💶 Payment terms

To confirm the booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay cost is required, to be paid by bank transfer.
The final balance will be paid upon arrival at the property.

🏷️ Tourist tax

A mandatory fee of €1.00 per person per night is required, payable on site.
Exempt: children under 14 years and stays beyond the tenth consecutive night.

📅 How to book

1. Check availability and price via our booking system (in collaboration with the Val di Non Tourism Office).
2. Send your booking request.
3. If confirmed, you will receive the bank details to pay the 30% deposit.

❌ Cancellation policy

• Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit refunded.
• Between 60 and 21 days before: deposit reusable for another stay within 180 days.
• Less than 21 days / No show / Early departure: the deposit will not be refunded and up to 70% of the booked stay may be charged.
