Access from Via Laste

Casa Predaia also faces Via Laste, a quiet side street where guests will find the private parking area. The east façade of the house overlooks this lane.

From Via Laste, a cobbled ramp leads up to the first-floor entrance of the Arnica apartment. From here, an internal staircase connects to the other two apartments — Anemone and Ranuncolo.

Key collection & outdoor area

Guests can collect their keys by ringing the owner’s doorbell located on the south façade in Piazza Degasperi 6.

You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor area through the gate, furnished with seating under a pleasant pergola.

Check road conditions for the final ascent to Sfruz. Access to the apartments includes a ramp and stairs to the third floor; contact us about mobility requirements.
