By car
- A22 motorway – exit San Michele all’Adige
- A22 motorway – exit Trento Nord
- SS43 road towards Dermulo
- SP7 road to Coredo – Smarano – Sfruz
Approx. 25–35 minutes from the motorway exits.
By train
- Trento railway station (Brenner–Verona line)
- Trento–Malè railway – stop at Dermulo
- Local bus no. 627 to Sfruz
By plane

Access from Via Laste
Casa Predaia also faces Via Laste, a quiet side street where guests will find the private parking area. The east façade of the house overlooks this lane.
From Via Laste, a cobbled ramp leads up to the first-floor entrance of the Arnica apartment. From here, an internal staircase connects to the other two apartments — Anemone and Ranuncolo.
Key collection & outdoor area
Guests can collect their keys by ringing the owner’s doorbell located on the south façade in Piazza Degasperi 6.
You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor area through the gate, furnished with seating under a pleasant pergola.
